The company’s human resources combined with its state-of-the-art mechanical equipment from the most reliable manufacturers in Europe, as well as raw materials from top firms in the global market, allow Analko to exceed 50 tons of fully controlled production per day.
Our equipment:
- 2 polymerization ovens: one tunnel, one box-type oven with the capacity to coat 8-meter-long profiles.
- Six automatic coating booths, of which two are fast colour change booths.
- Two chemical pre-treatment lines with 10 and 9 baths, respectively, which achieve optimal cleaning of profile surfaces and provide the required substrate for perfect bonding of the coating layer.
- A state-of-the-art aluminium anodizing plant with a capacity to coat profiles up to 7.5m in length and with twenty treatment baths.
- A curved frame coating plant with the capacity to coat 1.60x4m frames.
- A quality control laboratory equipped with cutting-edge machinery to monitor all quality parameters of the coating process.
- An automated packaging and palletizing line.
- One of the most contemporary and efficient biological wastewater treatment plants in Europe.
- Four trucks at the service of our clients after making arrangements with the distribution department.
